I’ve successfully launched and scaled multiple accounts from the ground up, driving organic growth and leveraging paid ads to generate tens of thousands of views on Reels, thousands of likes, and sustained community engagement through comments, DMs, and lead generation.

Content-Driven Growth

I began Micro Batch Services, originally launched as SRMD White Label, with the goal of offering high-quality, customizable skincare solutions to small businesses. Starting from scratch, I grew the brand's Instagram following from 0 to over 4,000 in just a year and a half. This growth was achieved through a combination of organic strategies, paid ads, and targeted content creation, all tailored to build an engaged and loyal community. Around eight months in, I led a rebranding effort to refresh the company’s identity, aligning the brand with its evolving mission and market positioning.

As the sole creator and manager of all content, I developed high-quality visuals, Reels, and messaging to connect with the audience. I also took full ownership of the budget, running and optimizing all ad campaigns to ensure maximum reach and ROI. The results speak for themselves: consistent engagement, lead generation, and increased brand recognition within a competitive market.

From Concept, To Creation, To Sales

I was handed a single product and tasked with building an entire brand from the ground up. From identifying the target demographic and naming the brand to designing the bottle, developing the visual identity, and launching the social media presence—I led every step of the process. I created 100% of the content, managed the posting strategy, and ran paid campaigns, ultimately turning a blank slate into a product that not only had a distinct brand voice but also consistent sales and an engaged community.

Color Palette

I sourced and selected the bottle based on usability, aesthetic appeal, and what would resonate with our ideal customer.
